Google Lens had previously launched Lens, a visual identification tool that was later integrated into the search engine for image searches. In 2017 Google integrated it into Gmail and translation notes.
One can also save the image’s copy to computer via Chrome extension by sharing the image via “copy to my computer” option. Just make sure your Chrome is updated to latest version.
Another addition is now you can look up terms within the text. If you want to understand a sentence or word in a book, instead of having to retype it on your search device, now all you need to do is scan it and do a much quicker search.
The translation tool has been updated with a new option of ‘Listen’ which gives you the sound of the term that you have been looking up.
